Information we collect

When you use the form on this site — for example on the request a review page — we collect the contact information you submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code, along with any details you choose to share about your current coverage. If you call the phone number listed on this site, the call itself is handled by TODO_AGENCY_LEGAL_NAME and its call-handling systems, not by us directly.

Like most websites, we also collect standard web analytics: pages visited, general location inferred from IP address, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site (for example, which ad or search result you clicked). This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and is not linked to your name unless you also submit the contact form.

How we use it

The primary purpose of collecting your contact information is to connect you with a licensed agent at TODO_AGENCY_LEGAL_NAME who can review your Medicare coverage with you. When you submit the form, your information is passed to that agency so an agent can reach out, generally by phone. We do not make coverage decisions, process enrollments, or store your information in order to sell insurance ourselves — we are not an insurance company.

Analytics data is used to understand site performance and improve the pages themselves — for example, noticing that a particular page is confusing or that a form is not being completed.

What we do not do with your information

We do not sell your contact information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is shared with TODO_AGENCY_LEGAL_NAME and, where applicable, the licensed insurance agents or entities listed at /partners, for the purpose of the plan review you requested — not sold onward for unrelated products.

Consent and call records

If you check the consent box on the request a review form, that consent — and the record that you gave it — is retained by TODO_AGENCY_LEGAL_NAME in order to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing law (TCPA) if ever required. We do not have a specific retention period to publish here yet; that detail will be added once it has been confirmed by the Agency and its attorney. You can revoke your consent at any time using the contact details in that consent text.

California residents
